Compliance with OpenAI Terms: The use of OpenAI’s services is subject to OpenAI’s terms and conditions. Clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Generated Content Review: Clients acknowledge that content generated by OpenAI may not always be accurate or appropriate and agree to review and approve any such content before publication.
Liability: Rallio is not liable for any claims arising from the use of AI-generated content provided by OpenAI.
Data Protection and Compliance: Rallio and the client agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in connection with the use of OpenAI services. Rallio will implement reasonable security measures to protect client data during transmission to and from OpenAI.

When a content supplier includes an Approach Guides URL in their social media post created through the Rallio platform, Rallio automatically and securely transmits certain limited end user information to Approach Guides. This data sharing is essential for generating personalized landing pages associated with the post. The information shared may include:
- Name (if available)
- Email address
- Phone number (if available)
This transmission is executed through secure, encrypted digital systems and is strictly limited to the functionality necessary to personalize or populate the linked landing page, track performance of shared content, and provide analytics to the content supplier and/or their affiliated brand. Approach Guides processes this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, and Rallio is not responsible for their independent use of the information once transferred. By using the Rallio platform, including creating or interacting with content that incorporates an Approach Guides link, you acknowledge and agree to this data sharing functionality.
