1. Introduction

Rallio, Inc. (“Rallio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us by our clients and partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard data when you use our platform, services, or website.

Our services are designed primarily for business-to-business (B2B) use. We generally process business data (such as advisor, agent, franchisee, or supplier details, logos, content feeds, and business contact information). Rallio does not collect or process consumer end-customer personal data, except in limited cases where publicly available information (e.g., social handles) is intentionally connected by a partner, or where required by specific integrations.

2. Types of Data Collected

Rallio may collect the following categories of data:

  • Business Account Information: name, business email, phone number, business address, company details, payment details, and login credentials.
  • Content Data: logos, trademarks, brand assets, posts, images, videos, business URLs, and content feeds uploaded by clients.
  • Usage Data: device/browser details, IP address, log data, and cookies.
  • Third-Party Integration Data: information exchanged when you connect your account to external services such as social media platforms, AI providers, or analytics partners.

3. Methods of Collection

We collect data:

  • When you provide it directly (e.g., during account creation, uploading content, or contacting support).
  • Automatically, through cookies and platform usage tracking.
  • Through integrations with third-party services you choose to connect (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, OpenAI).

4. Use of Dat

Rallio uses collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Authenticate accounts and process payments.
  • Enable content creation, scheduling, distribution, and analytics.
  • Communicate with you, including service updates and support.
  • Monitor usage, detect, and prevent security incidents or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Usage with AI (OpenAI and Similar Providers)

  • Client Consent: By using AI features, clients consent to the processing of their data (including images, text, and business details) with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI.
  • Anonymization: Where feasible, Rallio anonymizes data transmitted to AI providers to reduce risk of identifying information.
  • Compliance with AI Provider Terms: Use of AI services is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions, which clients acknowledge and accept.
  • Content Review: Clients acknowledge AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate and agree to review and approve such content before publication.
  • Liability Disclaimer: Rallio is not liable for any claims arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
  • Security Measures: Rallio applies commercially reasonable security to protect data during transmission to and from AI providers.

6. Third-Party Integrations (e.g., Approach Guides)

When a content supplier includes an Approach Guides URL or similar integration in their content, Rallio may securely transmit limited information to that third party to enable personalized landing pages and analytics. This may include:

  • Name (if available)
  • Business email address
  • Phone number (if available)

This transmission is encrypted and limited to functionality required for personalization, content tracking, and analytics. The third party processes data under its own Privacy Policy. Rallio is not responsible for their independent use of transferred data.

By using the Rallio platform and creating or interacting with content that incorporates such integrations, you acknowledge and agree to this data sharing.

7. Data Retention

Rallio retains data only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. Business account data may be retained for billing, audit, or compliance purposes after service termination.

8. Data Security

Rallio employs technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls, monitoring) to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Clients remain responsible for protecting their account credentials.

9. Regulatory Compliance

Rallio provides services on a B2B basis. Consumer privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) generally do not apply to Rallio’s core activities.

To the extent these regulations are applicable:

  • Partners act as Data Controllers responsible for ensuring lawful collection and upload of any personal data.
  • Rallio acts as a Data Processor, processing data solely on behalf of partners, in accordance with their instructions.
  • Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding their customers and end users.

10. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete information we hold about you.
  • Request rectification of inaccuracies. – Object to processing or request restriction of processing.
  • Request portability of your business account information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Cookies & Tracking

Rallio uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Platform functionality (e.g., login persistence).
  • Analytics and performance tracking.
  • Security and fraud prevention.

Users may disable cookies in their browser, but some services may not function properly.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for use by business professionals. They are not directed to children under 16, and Rallio does not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Rallio may share data with:

  • Service Providers assisting with hosting, analytics, payments, or support.
  • Affiliates performing service-related tasks.
